What is TGP-1.0
The rapidly growing number of sequenced genomes of Trichoderma species requires fully automated methods for accurate gene structure prediction. Here, we present a tool called TGP-1.0 that uses genomic data to automatically predict full gene structure of Trichoderma in novel genome.
